- 3 workshops on key wellbeing topics including work-based stress and taking back control, nutrition for fuelling your mind and body
Enhanced
- Offered face to face or online
- Choose 3 workshops on key wellbeing topics from a selection
- Support to identify Wellbeing Champions
- Support to set up peer supervision/ discussion groups to ensure that wellbeing becomes part of everyones mindset and practice
Comprehensive
- Offered face to face or online
- Collaborative evaluation of current practice and wellbeing stra
- Choose 6 workshops on key wellbeing topics
- Support to write and review personal and team plans in relation to wellbeing
- Follow up session to review implementation
- Support to identify Wellbeing Champions
- Support to set up peer supervision/ discussion groups to ensure that wellbeing becomes part of everyone’s mindset and practice
- A member of the Prism team will join 3 peer supervision sessions per year or undertake group supervision sessions in order to offer ongoing support, ideas and connection to wellbeing
